How an order works
From price to delivery, step by step, and what we do at each one.

- You configure. Size, paper, finish, quantity: the price before and after tax and the estimated delivery date appear as you go.
- You order. A phone number, a name, an address. No account to create.
- We confirm. For cash on delivery, an adviser calls you. If a payment is requested before production, the order starts when it arrives.
- You send your file. Now or later, from the tracking link sent by email.
- We check. A person verifies bleed, resolution and colour. If something needs fixing, we call you.
- You approve the proof. You receive a proof. Nothing is printed before you agree.
- We print. Production time starts at approval. Before noon, it starts the same day.
- We deliver. Anywhere in Morocco. Your invoice is on the tracking page.
Tracking your order
The tracking link shows the state of each item, the files received, the proof and the expected date. Keep it: it replaces an account.
