Terms of sale

Draft terms, to be reviewed by a lawyer before going live.

1. Orders

An order is recorded when you confirm the basket. Our team confirms it: by phone for cash on delivery, on receipt of the payment when one is requested before production.

2. Prices

Prices are in dirhams, excluding and including tax. The applicable VAT appears on every page and on the invoice.

3. Files and proof

You remain responsible for the content of your files. We check their technical compliance and send you a proof. Approving the proof authorises printing: no change is possible afterwards.

4. Lead times

Production time runs from approval of the proof. Dates shown are estimates in working days.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free above the threshold shown on the site; below it a flat fee applies. Collection from the workshop is possible when it is offered at checkout.

6. Payment

The accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout. We may ask for a deposit or full payment before production.

7. Tolerances

Slight colour variation and a cutting tolerance of one to two millimetres are inherent to printing and are not a defect.

8. Complaints

Report any defect within seven days of receipt, with photographs. If the defect is ours, we reprint or refund.
