Frequently asked questions
How do I place an order?
Pick a product, set the options and quantity: the price before and after tax appears at once. Add to the basket, give your phone number and address, then choose how to pay. No account is needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment on delivery. For cash on delivery, an adviser calls you to confirm the order and may ask for a deposit depending on the amount.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free anywhere in Morocco from 499 Dh excl. tax. Below that it costs 45 Dh excl. tax. You can also collect your order from the workshop.
When will my order arrive?
The estimated date is shown on every product page and in the basket. It counts from the approval of your file: approved before 12:00, production starts the same day.
I do not have a print-ready file. What can I do?
Order now and send your file later from the tracking link. We check every file and call you if a correction is needed. See also our file preparation guide.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. After checking your file we send you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes. Tick “I am a company” at checkout and enter the company name and ICE. Both appear on the invoice.
My product is not in the catalogue. Can you make it?
Send a quote request: describe the product, quantity and size. We reply with a price you can accept online.
Business cards
Which paper should I choose for a business card?
350 gsm coated card with matt lamination is the usual choice: stiff and pleasant to hold. 300 gsm is slightly more flexible and cheaper. Uncoated card, unlaminated, can be written on with a pen.
What is the difference between matt, gloss and soft touch?
Matt does not reflect light and reads well. Gloss lifts colours and photographs. Soft touch feels velvety and costs more.
Flyers
Which paper weight for a flyer?
135 gsm suits volume distribution. 170 gsm feels better in the hand. From 250 gsm the flyer becomes a stiff card, right for invitations and menus.
Why does the unit price fall so much with quantity?
Set-up costs are the same for 500 or 5,000 sheets. The longer the run, the more they are spread. The tier table on each product page shows where the steps are.
Stationery
Will the letterhead go through my printer?
Yes. It is printed on 80 or 90 gsm uncoated paper, made for office laser and inkjet printers.
How does a carbonless book work?
Each set has two sheets. What you write on the first transfers to the second without carbon paper. You hand over the original and keep the copy in the book.
Booklets
Why does the page count go in fours?
A stapled booklet is made of sheets folded in half. Each sheet gives four pages. If your content is 10 pages, plan 12 and add two pages of notes or images.
Large format
Do I need eyelets on my banner?
Yes if you fix it with ropes or ties, to a fence or a shopfront. No if it is glued, nailed to a frame or slid into a holder.
Labels & stickers
Paper, vinyl or clear: how do I choose?
Paper for indoor use and dry goods. Vinyl for anything handled, chilled or exposed to water. Clear when the container should stay visible.
